Connie Sanders – Executive Director
As a dedicated educator and advocate for student success, Connie brings both classroom experience and a deep passion for educational equity to her role as Executive Director. With firsthand knowledge of the challenges teachers and students face, Connie is committed to empowering educators and inspiring students to reach their full academic potential.

Connie, is especially devoted to helping students access scholarships and other resources that open the door to higher education and lifelong dreams.

As the part-time Executive Director of FEF, Connie spearheads initiatives that directly support teachers and create meaningful opportunities that support and celebrate student achievement. While FEF doesn't maintain a physical office, Connie welcomes the opportunity to connect with anyone interested in supporting FEF's mission.
